Born and raised on Mansuar Island, Karlos has been guiding divers since 2015 for dive centers and homestays in Raja Ampat.

In addition to his familiarity with local dive sites, ocean conditions and regulations, he is expert at finding all of the tiny camoflauge creatures such as the pygmy seahorse and elaborate crustaceans.
